ACE Student Agreement

As an ACE student, I agree to:

  • Arrive to classes on time and give my full attention to my tutor and the class
  • Act respectfully towards my fellow students and all ACE staff
  • Not reproduce, distribute or share any ACE materials

ACE Refund Policy

ACE offers an obligation-free trial period for our courses*. The trial period for HSC, Preliminary and UCAT courses ends two weeks after your first lesson attended, or after your first payment. We do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, missed classes or dropping the subject after the initial trial period. In the case of extenuating circumstances, management will conduct a review and make a decision at our discretion. If a refund or credit is approved, it will be calculated using a pro-rata basis of the normal termly price with no discounts applied, based off the date ACE was informed.

*a trial period does not apply to ACE’s Medicine Interview Program.

Understanding "ACE Terms" and your yearly schedule at ACE

ACE Terms are not the same as your school terms.

Each ACE course has its own compressed term structure which allows us to fit all of the content necessary into the year, and also have time for review and exam preparation.

In general, our courses follow the structure below, however please do talk to our admin team to get specific details for you or your child:

  • Year 10 : Four 8 week terms with 2 hour classes each week
  • Year 11 : Four 7 week terms with 2.5 hour classes each week + a 2 week Exam Prep course in the final term
  • Year 12 : Four 8 week terms with 3 hour classes each week + an optional 8 week HSC review course + our 10 week HSC Exam Program

 

We do provide breaks for students throughout the year. We try our best to align these with School Holidays, but this isn’t always possible.

ACE Students "ACE" 2025 HSC Results

Our 2026 Year 11 and Year 12 HSC classes are now open, following an outstanding 2025 results year for ACE students. 2025 ACE HSC students achieved 10 State Ranks including 4 in Economics, 3 in Physics, 1st in the State for Extension 1 Mathematics, plus State Ranks in Extension 2 Mathematics and Chemistry, alongside 319 Band 6 results in ACE subjects, 109 ACE students with 99+ ATARs, and 9 ACE students achieving a perfect 99.95 ATAR results.
